As Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Oil Source, Ryan Gaudette brings over two decades of leadership and operational expertise in the oil and lubricant distribution sector. He has played a central role in expanding regional infrastructure and developing high-performance distribution networks across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
Ryan oversees the day-to-day operations of Oil Source’s distribution division, ensuring efficient logistics, vendor alignment, and consistent service delivery across all partner locations. His leadership is instrumental in managing supply chain coordination, warehouse operations, and transportation planning—all with a strong focus on reliability, customer satisfaction, and regional scalability.
His experience also includes leading the construction and rollout of multiple commercial facilities and distribution centers. Ryan’s ability to manage teams, timelines, and budgets has been key to the successful execution of infrastructure projects and integration of new vendor partnerships.
A lifelong automotive and mechanical enthusiast, Ryan blends industry knowledge with a passion for operational excellence. As Co-Founder & Executive Director, Marketing & Business Development, Cory brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience spanning multiple industries, Cory Gaudette brings strategic depth, marketing insight, and business development expertise to Oil Source. A seasoned business builder, Cory’s foundation in brand development, customer experience, and market expansion continues to drive the company’s commercial success and long-term vision.
Cory’s journey began in the hospitality sector, where he launched two successful franchise locations by the age of 23—earning national recognition for operational excellence and customer service. His early achievements laid the groundwork for a career rooted in innovation, relationship-building, and scalable growth strategies.
At Oil Source, Cory leads the company’s marketing and business development initiatives, working closely with cross-functional leaders to align strategic planning with real-world performance. His expertise in brand strategy, vendor relations, customer acquisition, and cross-industry growth allows him to identify new market opportunities and strengthen commercial partnerships across Canada.
Cory also brings a wealth of experience from his involvement in multiple ventures and investments, giving him a broader perspective on supply chain trends, regional dynamics, and evolving customer expectations. Steve Ramos brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the automotive service industry to his role as General Manager of Oil Source. Having built his career from the ground up— Steve quickly distinguished himself through a combination of leadership, operational insight, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Rising through the ranks into management, Steve went on to lead our administrative division for four years, where he refined his skills in strategic planning, operations oversight, and organizational leadership. His performance and in-depth knowledge of both front-line operations and back-end logistics positioned him as the ideal candidate to steer Oil Source’s continued growth and success.
Steve’s blend of field experience, executive oversight, and entrepreneurial drive empowers him to lead with clarity and impact—ensuring Oil Source remains responsive, agile, and forward-thinking in meeting the evolving needs of our commercial and industrial clients.

Manitoba and Saskatchewan – Automotive Sector & Product Integration Specialist
With more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Scott has been with us since day one and is a cornerstone of Oil Source’s success in building and maintaining strong relationships with both suppliers and customers. His deep knowledge of Passenger Car Motor Oil (PCMO) markets, combined with expertise in service equipment and product integration, makes him an invaluable resource for clients seeking trusted, performance-driven solutions.
He was with Wynn’s Oil Company for 17 years. Selling preventative maintenance programs and products for quick lubes and automotive shops & dealerships. Scott plays a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive tailored support across their operations—from aligning product recommendations with evolving OEM specifications to helping shops implement efficient service equipment setups.
He is a certified trainer on all preventative maintenance equipment & products. His ability to translate complex technical information into actionable solutions has earned him the confidence of automotive service centers, quick-lube chains, and independent mechanics alike. Widely respected for his responsiveness and dedication, Scott consistently goes beyond transactional service to deliver long-term value. He is instrumental in helping Oil Source expand our footprint while upholding our reputation for integrity, reliability, and customer-first service. Manitoba and Saskatchewan – Heavy-Duty Division Lead
With over 30 years of experience as a sales executive, Mark brings deep industry expertise from industrial soaps and chemicals to oil and lubricants, he is our Heavy-Duty Division expert. Mark is a trusted advisor to equipment operators, maintenance managers, and procurement teams who require solutions that perform in the harshest environments.

Cody Witkowski brings over 11 years of real-world experience in the oil and lubricants industry, starting from the ground up in warehouse operations before moving into delivery and logistics. That early work taught him the value of hard-earned trust and reliable service, lessons that still guide how he does business today. After two years behind the wheel, Cody stepped into sales, where he quickly found his stride supporting agricultural, forestry, and industrial clients across Saskatchewan. From oil drilling rigs to mining operations, Cody built strong, lasting relationships by listening first and delivering solutions that work in the field, not just on paper.
Cody is Oil Source’s dedicated Sales Representative for Saskatchewan. Known for being organized, Tao is reliable, and quick to solve problems, whether it’s keeping documentation in order, helping systems run efficiently, or making sure things don’t fall through the cracks.
