At Oil Source, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:
- Return Period: Products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and if eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 days for the refund to process.
